- Open a browser (Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) on your local PC
- In the address bar, type https://[companyname].wan.databarn.net/rdweb and press Enter
- Log in using your standard remote credentials (user@domain.com or domain\user)
- Once logged in, you will see a remote world icon available - click the icon and a file will be downloaded
- Copy this file somewhere convenient (usually your local desktop)
- Open the file and log in as normal
